Please check over the following items before submitting a bid: Tournament bids will be filled on a first come, first served basis. Once the team form below has been filled out, we will review your bid and send you a confirmation e-mail. After you have received your confirmation e-mail, please send us a bid cheque to complete the registration process. The tournament entry fee is $125.00 (before March 10th). Bid payments may be submitted after March 10th, but there will be a $25.00 late fee per team. Please note: Any team who does not submit their entry fees by March 10th will lose their bid and it will go to the first team on waitlist.
