Captain's Information
Registration
Registration will commence at TBA. Coaches must register their team when arriving to the field. Please gather your teams' pledge forms and waiver forms, and submit them at Disc Central when registering. Pledge forms will be collected through-out the day, however, in order to be eligible for the draw, forms need to be submitted prior to 10am.
Captains' Meeting
There needs to be a Coach/Sponsor Teacher/Approved Adult from each team present. It will be held at TBA, half an hour prior to the first game. Captains' Meeting will be held at Disc Central.
Captains' Responsibilities
Captains are responsible for reporting scores after each game to Disc Central or volunteers (easily identified by their white jerseys with OFFICIAL on the back). Please do not leave your team's garbage on the field; there will be trash bags supplied for your team's use as well as many trash cans and recycling bins stationed around the field.
The Ultimate Code of Conduct
This year's tournament is run under the UPA 11th Edition Rules. It is the responsibility of every player to know the rules of the game and to abide by them. Illegal substances and alcoholic beverages are prohibited at the tournament and on the tournament site. Failure to abide by this regulation by any member of the team will result in immediate disqualification of the entire team from the competition. Foul language on the field is considered a spirit violation. Please refrain from using foul or profane language during cheers as well. If you have any questions regarding rules or spirit, please contact our Rules Guru, Mark.
Waiver Forms
Attached to each Pledge Envelope is a Waiver Form that each player must fill out before their first game on Saturday morning. Waiver Forms are to be handed in during Registration.
